Delivery conditions in Luxembourg
We offer delivery under the following conditions:
• 10 EUR for weight up to 10 kg
• 15 EUR for a weight of 10 to 20 kg
• Free delivery on all orders worth 150 EUR or more
Shipping is typically within 1-2 days of receiving your order. Please allow 3-7 days for total delivery.

• 25 EUR for weight up to 10 kg
• 40 EUR for a weight of 10 to 20 kg
• Free delivery on all orders worth EUR 300 or more

1. Damaged or defective products
If one or more items are received damaged or defective, please follow these steps within 48 hours of receipt:
• Contact us: write tocontact@atelierluxera.com including clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.
• Return label: After analysis and validation of your request, we will send you a prepaid return label. The return costs will be fully covered by us.
As refund options you can choose between:
• A refund
• An exchange for a similar product
• A voucher that can be used online or in our store

2. Products not meeting your expectations
If an item does not meet your expectations, you have 15 days after receipt to return it.
Here are the terms:
• Condition of items: Products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Return options: Once the products are returned, we only offer a voucher that can be used online or in our store.
• Return costs: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

I still haven't received my order
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, it means that your order has been taken into account, but has not yet been sent: it is still "pending". Don't panic in this case, we are doing everything to send it to you as soon as possible!
If you did receive a shipping confirmation email, then depending on the shipping date, your order may still be on its way.

You made a mistake in sending my order.
Write to customer service at contact@atelierluxera.com indicating that your order is incomplete or that there is an error in the order. Instructions and a shipping confirmation will be sent to you by email.
